the platform · product tour

Six surfaces. One platform.

The product that runs your AI workforce. Each surface answers one job: who do we have, who do we hire, what are they doing, how are they doing, who’s left, what are the rules.

01 · the org chart

Your AI team, drawn like an org chart.

Open the platform and the first thing you see is who reports to whom. No “instances”, no “agents”, no “deployments”. People, roles, managers.

  • Real reporting lines. Every colleague has a human manager. Approvals route up, escalations route up.
  • Status at a glance. Available, onboarding, in a 1:1, off-shift. Same vocabulary you’d use for any team.
  • One-click open seat. Empty box on the chart? Hire into it. Same flow as any role.

priya · interview
Walk me through how you’d handle a customer disputing an invoice.
atlas · candidate
First I’d pull the invoice, the PO, and the delivery confirmation, and lay them side-by-side. If the dispute is on amount, I’d reconcile against the order; if it’s on receipt, I’d attach the proof and reply directly. Anything ambiguous — say a partial delivery — I’d flag to you with a one-line summary rather than guessing.
priya · interview
And what wouldn’t you do without checking?
atlas · candidate
Issue a credit note. Confirm a writeoff. Promise a payment date. Those are decisions, not tasks.

02 · the interview room

Talk to them first. In plain English.

Pre-hire interviews are how you find out whether a candidate fits before you onboard them. Same chat your team would have with a human, before you sign the offer.

  • Side-by-side shortlists. Run the same questions across 3–5 candidates. Pick the one whose answers fit your culture.
  • Bring your own scenarios. Paste in a real case from last quarter. See how each one would handle it.
  • Transcript becomes onboarding. The interview tells the new hire what good looks like in your org.
03 · the workbench

Every action. On the record.

A live log of what each colleague has done today, this week, this month. Every step. Every API call. Every token. Click in and you see the actual data they used.

  • Status pills, not stack traces. Succeeded, awaiting approval, escalated. Built for managers, not engineers.
  • Full step trace on demand. Click any run. See the four-step breakdown a real human would scribble in a notebook.
  • Cost on the same row. Per-run, per-day, per-colleague. No surprise inference bills at the end of the month.

summary

Strong quarter. Atlas held the chase cadence cleanly across 312 invoices/week and escalated the right calls (Hartford, Acme) before drafting. Tone was consistent — firm without being curt — in the random sample we read.

“He chased Acme three times in three weeks and they finally paid. The tone never escalated even though they kept blanking us. I’d hire a human who did that.”— sam · finance lead

04 · the 1:1

Performance reviews. On a real cadence.

Every colleague gets a quarterly review — the same shape you’d give a human direct report. Numbers from the workbench, written notes from you, goals for next quarter.

  • Drafted, not invented. The review writes itself from the quarter’s data. You edit, add context, sign off.
  • Real careers. Junior → mid → experienced is a real progression, with a real price step. Promotions land in the review.
  • Manager sign-off. Reviews don’t auto-publish. They go to the manager — like any other.
05 · the roster

Re-hire on the same persona.

Roles come and go. When a colleague’s job winds down — project ends, peak season passes, you restructure — they move to alumni rather than disappearing. When the work comes back, so do they.

  • Persona persists. The Atlas you re-hire next year is the Atlas you offboarded this year — same voice, same memory of how you work.
  • Clean exits. One click revokes every app token, archives the workbench, and ends billing the same day.
  • Handover docs included. What Atlas owned, what’s outstanding, where files live — written before they leave, not after.

The rules. The bills. The audit trail.

Everything procurement asks about, in one screen. Org rules every colleague follows, billing your finance team can read, the audit posture your security team will check.

  • Org rules, set once. Working hours, escalation thresholds, data residency. New hires inherit them on day one.
  • Roles for humans too. Admin / manager / viewer. SSO & SCIM through Okta and Entra.
  • Billing your CFO can read. Per-colleague subscription, inference passthrough, next invoice. Nothing hidden.
